Chef Patrick Boucher's Thanksgiving 101


Last Saturday, I was lucky enough to be invited by The Maya Kitchen to witness Chef Patrick Boucher, Executive Chef of The PeninsulaManila prepare sumptuous Thanksgiving dishes.

Here's the menu. After seeing this, I can't wait to see how Chef Boucher will put together everything.
 Here is Chef Boucher explaining how to make the turkey skin crispy.
 Here, he demonstrates how to stuff the turkey.
 And here he shows us how to serve it
 The finish product! Too bad I wasn't able to taste it!
 Some side dishes, Balsamic Roast Pumpkin
 And some Cumin and Orange Glazed Carrots
And at the end of the event, Ms Tess Laurente handed me a Maya gift pack (thanks Ms Tess and The Maya Kitchen) which I am giving away to you my dear Bake Happy friends!
