Last Saturday, I was lucky enough to be invited by The Maya Kitchen to witness Chef Patrick Boucher, Executive Chef of The PeninsulaManila prepare sumptuous Thanksgiving dishes.
Here's the menu. After seeing this, I can't wait to see how Chef Boucher will put together everything.
