One of my Favorite Online Shops in Manila: Baking Buddies

Remember when I made this cute little cupcake face? Soo cute isn't she? The tutorial for this fondant face is as easy as it can be. Anyway, I got a lot of questions as to where I got the mold for the pretty yellow ribbon.
I got lots of questions again when I posted the tutorial for this little girl, I used ball tools and some fondant tools to create the face. I got asked where I got those, too.
Oh, and yes, I got the same question when I used a mold for the accent in this barrel bag tutorial.
And my answer. Two words, one amazing store. Baking Buddies
Baking Buddies is my go to online store for the latest in cake decorating tools here in the Philippines. The store, owned by the husband and wife team of Eileen and Bong, seems to have it all when it comes to cake decorating. Silicon molds, Kitchen Aid Mixers, cake decorating books, tappits, cookie cutters, gel colors, luster dusts, textured mats, ready made fondant, patterns, need I go on? Yeah, they have it all. Seems to me Baking Buddies is the godmother of all cake makers. And before you go on and click the link to their store, I strongly advise for you to take a deep breath, calm down and relax because once you click on that link, I guarantee you will be in a shopping frenzy.

Here are some ball tools and miniature fondant tools that I got from them. And yes, these are the tools I use for the little girl fondant tutorial and for the fondant faces tutorial here.
And here are some Valentine designed tappits that I still haven't used (I hope to use them soon! :) ) and a multi-ribbon cutter perfect to use if you want to achieve evenly cut fondant strips.
And of course, who could forget these fantastic silicone molds? Some sea-themed molds perfect for under the sea cakes, button molds, ribbon molds and molds I don't know the names of :) but fantastic to use just the same.
When I'm logged into Facebook, I make it a point to always type in Baking Buddies in the search tab to visit their page to make sure I get to see if they have new products to offer, this always gets me soo excited.

If you have questions or inquiries, please drop Eileen and Bong a note at the below contact information. They always have a friendly reply for us.
